Someone ransacked my house, but under all of the clutter is an overall nice family home close to shopping, eating out, the junior college and highschool. The carpet, walls, doors, cabinets and ceilings are in good shape. Comes with a washer and dryer on the back porch, which also has the gas hot water heater. There is a stove and refrigerator that is mediocre and probably needs replaced soon. The porch was hit by a tornado and it hit the back porch roof as well, so it does leak some when it rains. That mulberry tree will just grow back by the back porch. The house needs paint and windows updated. There are programs for homeowners needing windows cheap. The furnace is a Trane and the gas line is flex under the house. Inside house gas line is still metal pipes. Paneling is in the living room. Otherwise, the walls are painted white. The gravel driveway goes clear to the alley. I suggest parking in back cause I let my neighbor park in front. The toilet needs replaced and the sewer pipe also needs replaced.
