I have to pull off a cross-country move in less than three weeks so I am trying to get someone to take over my lease. The lease goes through June 2021 and of course you have the option to either renew it at that time or end it which is a great situation for people who don't want a years lease right away. Since I am moving I am willing to leave a TV stand or a fully set up 10 gallon fish tank if interested. There are also furniture pieces I'm selling so if interested when you view the unit feel free to ask what furniture I'm selling if you need something. If you want to see the unit just let me know and we can set up something quickly. You would need to take over the lease starting November 1. The community is great and so are the neighbors. The apartment will be unfurnished. You'll see a few pictures of some areas decorated but I will be taking all that down before I leave and I will also shampoo all of the carpets for you as that's just common courtesy :). The complex also offers online rent payments. If you would like me to do a zoom or FaceTime tour with you if you can't get here in person to view just let me know. There is a one time pet fee of $75 but since I already paid the initial fee for my dog I can make it $60 if you have a pet. Just like most apartments the complex pays for water and sewage. The renter is in charge of other utilities such as gas and electric. The remainder of the lease will give you at least eight months. The security deposit was The price of the rent but I lowered it to help the person who wants to take the lease over.
