Furnished Apartment in Quiet Building. 1/2 block from a trolley line in one direction and 1.5 blocks away from another! Furnished two bedroom apartment. Plenty of storage, good light and a full sized eat-in kitchen. The apartment was updated around 6 years ago and was briefly listed as an AirBnb before the pandemic. Most recently it was rented by two graduate students and prior to that to a professor in the Penn community, who has since relocated. Our building is relatively quiet, and our family lives on the first and second floors. The main entrance to our building is shared, but each apartment has a separate entrance and is completely private and secure. We are looking for tenant(s) who can honor quiet hours between 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Though the 3rd floor apartment is completely private, it is above 4 bedrooms and noise is a consideration at night. Ammenities include dishwasher and mini-split A/C systems throughout the apartment. Tenants are reponsible for their own trash and recycling removal. It can be placed curbside for city trash/recycle curbside day (Wednesday). Please note there is no laundry in the building, but there is a laundromat just around the corner. Owner pays water, heat and wifi. Tenant pays electric. No smoking and no parties as this is a quiet/owner occupied building Looking for tenant to sign a one year lease though open to being flexible for a higher monthly rate. Tenants are responsible for taking out their trash and recycling on a weekly basis.
