Private room in my quiet ranch house. Room contains one window and a decent size closest with a few shelves inside. Room is carpeted and has 4 outlets, a fan, and faces the front of the house. Guest bathroom is yours (tub and shower) unless company is on property, as they will also use that bathroom. Backyard deck faces the woods, I have a fire pit available to use, and the yard is fenced in. Internet is spectrum and living room/kitchen will be shared space. You can park in the driveway or use street parking. I have animals and won't be accepting additional at this time. No smoking allowed inside. 3 months with a possible renewal for longer terms discussed at the 90 day mark or prior.
