Fully furnished cozy room available for a single NON smoking female. Very clean setting with comfortable queen sized bed. Lease is yearly for non smoker female ( no weed, vape, cigarettes ,cigar ,shisha...no smoking at all) No outdoor shoes allowed inside.. The house MUST be kept clean at all time. Even though a cleaner comes once a month, there has to be cleanliness order in the house . Rent is due a day before move in date . Dishes are to be washed immediately after use. No loudness of any kind.. music. Movie etc be considerate of others using the space. In general, just clean up after yourself. Leave things better than you met them
