Exterior Features: Exterior of the house is in good condition overall, it has aluminum siding and appears to have all corner trim, It has aluminum awnings over the front porch and two front windows that are in good condition. The shudders on the front need to be repainted as does some of the exterior wood trim. A rain gutter down spout has fallen, but is still present and can be put back up with little work. The front storm door is in good condition but is missing the strut. The yard is mostly fenced and has the propane tank for the house in the far back corner of the lot. The landscaping is in poor shape. There is no garage present. Interior Features: All windows in the house are dual pane vinyl glass with no cracks or damage. There are a few minor cracks on the walls and ceilings in the house but would not require much work to patch. The walls and ceiling are in good condition, the floor is carpeted and in good condition. It ceiling fan is missing the blades and the door handle is missing on the closet door. Back Bedroom is 8’6” x 11’. The walls and ceiling are in good condition, the floor is carpeted and in good condition. Bathroon is 6’ x 7’ 6”. The walls and ceiling are in good condition, the floor is linoleum and has no tears but is loose along the side of the bath tub. The toilet and sink are both in good condition. The hot water heater is located in a closet in the bath and appears to be in good condition and shows no sign of leakage. The hot water heater as well as the furnace is propane. Hall is very small, and the carpet is stained and will require replacement. The furnace is located under the floor in the crawl space and is present. Overall this house is in fairly good condition and could be put in shape with very little work.
