If your looking for the perfect starter cabin for not a lot of money this is the one. Now this is a true fixer upper with no sewer or a well but it does have electric. One of the benefits of this cabin is that in front of the cabin is State Forest land with thousands of acres to hunt on, also a stocked trout stream is aprox. 1-2 miles away (Tioga River)which you can ride to on a ATV on all but 3 Ward Township roads. For the money this is a real gem and hard to find on Armenia Mountain.
