The bathroom, floors, HVAC, and Washer/Dryer are all new. The unit is located on Madison Street in West loop Chicago. Across the street is a great park with lots of dogs to watch and play with! Within a 10-15 minute walk, you can access some of the best restaurants in the city. If this is your first time in Chicago, this is a great unit to experience some of the best food the city has to offer. There is also a grocery store 2 blocks away. There is also plenty of shopping to be had along Madison street with local shops. The building has a gym on the top floor as well as a common area that is great for hosting large gatherings (Superbowl Monday!) The condo complex is very secure with a concierge and safe neighborhood for walking. The monthly price includes everything except for electricity. The electricity bill is typically about $60/month. The unit also comes with a parking spot if needed. There is excellent public transportation close by. The unit is about 15 minutes driving from Rush hospital or Northwestern hospital.
