The owner had a vision for his first home on Duncan. He removed part of the wall in the kitchen to open it to the family room. put in cabinets and counters from Kitchen Bath and Cabinet and tile on the floor. The bathroom got a vanity and walk in shower with cultured marble walls. Interior trim and doors were replaced and of course new flooring. He wanted some space to hang out in the basement and I think you'll agree he did a great job.The cabinets in the utility room are from Kitchen Bath and Cabinet too. Of course it needed a utility sink and urinal. The yard has been sodded in the front and back, the patio and driveway were poured, and the front and side door were changed.
