This fully furnished and outfitted apartment has a separate entrance with a north facing private patio and a great view of the National Forest. Full kitchen. Queen size bed. There is ample parking including room for trailers or multiple vehicles. Horses are welcome and the corral and stable are currently not occupied, so they are all yours. Added fee for horses. Horses must have an up to date Certificate of Veterinarian Inspection. Pets are welcome, please let me know if you have a pet. No smokers please. There are hiking and riding trails just outside the gate. Amazing sunrises and sunsets. We do get an occasional snow (in the Winter!!) 20 minutes from both Santa Clarita and Palmdale. This is currently available as a mid-term rental for traveling professionals. But I am open to longer terms and maybe help out some fire victims! Maximum of two people. There may be an added monthly fee for more then one tenant. Owner lives on site. All utilities are included. WiFi included. Minimum three month tenancy. No smoking.
