Very low ambient noise levels. You are blocked from freeway noise. You can rarely hear others in adjacent units. The person across from you is absent half the year. And you can't hear voices or TV from the adjacent units. Maybe the occasional bump. What you can hear is the creek running at night. And the ducks, herons, and birds that live on the creek.
