Located steps from downtown, in a central walkable location in the heart of the historic Arsenal Hills neighborhood, and just minutes walk to shopping/dining. The Place This cozy 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo is conveniently located in Columbia across the street from Finlay Park and just three blocks from bustling Main Street. Enjoy an unlimited amount of dining options, coffee shops, museums and entertainment all within walking distance. Free parking for one vehicle is provided along with a key fob for entrance into the gated parking lot and building. There is an elevator and handicap access if needed. The loft is non-smoking and is within a non-smoking building. There are smoking areas outside of the front and back doors of the facility. No pets, please. There will be a fine for smoking or pets inside the home. There is a gated key fob entrance where you will park your car. The building entrance also requires a key fob to enter and is located to the left of the parking entrance gate by the mail boxes. The condo entrance uses a digital keypad that is individually programmed with your personal code for your security and privacy. The condo contains a queen bed, carpet, ceiling fan, ample windows, TV with streaming content (Roku featuring, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Pluto and more), high speed WiFi, full kitchen, central heat and air conditioning, sink, fridge, cabinet, large fridge, salt, pepper, nonstick oil, Keurig coffee maker, k cup pods, microwave, dishes, cooking and eating utensils, large bathroom with detachable shower/tub, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, iron/ironing board, and hair dryer all to make this space feel like home. We also have a mini bar selection of snacks and drinks in the fridge for purchase. The condo has everything you need for a long or short-term stay. We feel that how we clean our condo is one of the things that helps set us apart. Each condo is disinfected with antiviral/antibacterial cleaner and sanitized before each new guest. Linens are also washed after each stay to ensure that your room will be as fresh as possible. All mattresses and pillows are fitted with anti-allergen covers along with an air filter change to protect against airborne allergens. Many of our guests are Short Term including the following situations: Business travelers, Extended stay visitors, Displaced homeowners, Travel nurses/hospital personnel, government employees, attorneys, short-term job assignment employees & relocation companies.
