No Smoking Inside: Smoking of any kind, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, and electronic smoking devices (e.g., vapes), is strictly prohibited inside the premises. Rent and Payments Due at Signing: Tenant shall pay the first and last month's rent in full at the time of lease signing.
