Our condo has fiber optic internet, real hardwood floors, new kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, new bathroom make overs. Hi seer A/C unit and is by far the nicest in the neighborhood. We have low HOA fees that include building insurance, Water, Sewer, Trash Pickup, Landscaping and swimming pool. Each unit is allowed two cars with one assigned park. Only utility is Internet and Electricity. Electric runs from $65-165 depending on time of year.
