Parking is on the street, no smoking and only one cat allowed.The lease is for 6 months with a renewal option negotiated one month prior to end of lease. Deposit is $850, not to be used as rent. $450 of deposit is non refundable cleaning fee. Pet deposit is $400, one half is refundable if no damages above and beyond normal wear and tear. Utilities and internet are included. Parking permit supplied as needed. No visitors allowed to stay beyond 24 hours. Exceptions are family and friends visiting from out of town.
