If you do not have a bank account or paypal account you will not be able to use this system. What is required to move in? Everyone over 18 must pass a background, credit and eviction check. That is a $50 application fee per person. No evictions within the last 5 years and no more than 2 evictions total will be considered. Signed lease, fully security deposit and prorated or first months (depending on move in date) are due before keys are released. Credit we are not looking at the overall number but the history of the credit, collections, past due payments and etc. are what we are looking at. We do NOT accept Section 8.
