    What's special

    I'm the original owner. Mortgage paid off. Appliances all new in 2018 when I retired. It has a full unfinished basement with a rough in for another bath or 1/2 bath. It needs work, carpeting and paint are original, so they'd need replacing, woodwork would need repair, replacement (had a dog who chewed). Kitchen flooring needs replacement. Attached two car garage. New owner would probably want to replace most everything - but the appliances which are still like new. I live alone but had two sons with me when I moved in, one died here, I don't use that bedroom but paint, carpeting would make it just fine. Has a full loft that I use as an office, reading area. Not sure what it would cost to update it and repair a bit of wallboard in the second bedroom, but willing to take that into account in pricing.
