The living room includes a sleeper sofa, a 50" flat-screen TV, and a dining table. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed with a pillow-top mattress and a TV. Parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis and must be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. A Pack n' Play and high-top chair are available upon request for $10 per night. For stays of 28 days and longer, an additional cleaning fee of $100 will be charged. There is a $150 lost key fee and a $100 lockout fee. A $150 pet cleaning fee applies if you bring a pet due to allergies of other guests. Public transportation is just a 3-minute walk away, providing easy access to Longwood Medical and downtown Boston. You can walk to nearby restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and cafes. Cleveland Circle, a 10-minute walk from the apartment, offers numerous shops, restaurants, drug stores, and cafes, along with a vibrant nightlife. Washington Square, less than a 10-15 minute walk away, is home to fantastic restaurants and bars. Brighton Center, about 1 mile from the apartment, is a bustling hub with stores, bars, bakeries, restaurants, and pubs. All guests must maintain a primary residence elsewhere and agree to abide by house rules, maximum occupancy, and payment terms. No subletting or unauthorized guests are allowed. Self check-in and check-out are available, and a welcome booklet will be emailed two weeks prior to arrival, with arrival instructions sent three days before check-in. There is a $150 lost key fee and a $100 lockout fee.
