We're just 20 minutes from Woodstock, 23 minutes from historic Kingston, 35 minutes to Belleayre Mountain Ski Center, and only 8 minutes from the stunning Ashokan Reservoir. Whether you're drawn to winter hiking, skiing, exploring charming small towns, or simply cozying up by the fire while gazing at the Catskills, this location has it all. Inside, the home is designed for both relaxation and functionality. The four bedrooms include plenty of space to comfortably sleep up to 10 guests, with two pull out couches in addition to 4 beds. One room is currently set up as a dedicated home office, ideal for remote work or study. The walk-out basement doubles as a playroom for kids perfect for families who want everyone to have their own space. With four full bathrooms, morning routines and apres-ski warm-ups are a breeze. We might be able to flexible and include Christmas week if that is important to the renter.
