Parking is conveniently available on the street and metered at this location. Finding parking spots on Bull St or Monterey Square is easily achievable. These areas are within a short walking distance from the property. Parking enforcement by the City of Savannah is effective from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, while parking is free on the weekends from Friday at 5 PM to Monday at 8 AM. To handle meters, purchasing a "Visitors Parking Day Pass" for all day/night parking is recommended. Travelers coming with a vehicle can buy a City of Savannah Day Pass for $24 for 48 hours or $15 for 24 hours. These passes are available at the Visitors Information Center or the Parking Services office at 100 East Bryan Street (Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM). Additionally, the Park Savannah app simplifies the payment process for weekday parking. A pet fee of $90 will be charged only if you bring a pet. Pets over 20 pounds are not permitted. Any damage caused by pets is not covered by this fee and may result in additional charges. Early check-in is available for a fee of $35 if the check-in time is between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to the availability of the property, the cleaning schedule, and whether there is a guest checking out on the same day as your arrival. Early check-in can only be confirmed by the end of the day prior to your scheduled check-in date. Violators may be evicted and/or fined. No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed. A $200 fee will be charged if evidence is found in your home. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed. No refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. There is one exterior security camera by the front door for security purposes. Do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. Please do not use the provided towels to remove makeup or clean something that could stain them, as you could be subject to an extra cleaning fee. One set of towels per person is provided, as well as laundry detergent in case you would like to wash during your stay. A starter pack of essentials is provided. If additional items are needed during the stay, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional consumables needed. The property requires identity verification and a completed profile. The minimum age to reserve is 25 years old, strictly enforced.
