THis is a one and a half story, cape cod. It is about 58 years old and we have owned it for nearly 6. Then, come and have a look! Neighborhood Description The neighborhood is quiet with a mix of elderly and young (like me! 30's). Lots of people seem to stay close to parents or even live in the old home that they grew up in. So, the residents take pride in their homes and community. Just a couple of block to the East there is a new develpment (80's-90's). We are just up the hill for Etna and its hometown hardware store (which I have been frequenting lately), the Shaler shopping center, Kmart, Aldi,PNC, and Hallmark. Shop and Save is right near there as well as some fast food joints. We are only about 7 minutes away from Waterworks shopping Mall and 15 from The Mills.
