Tenant is responsible for all utilities/amenities and consumables, snow removal and lawns (will share contact of a service provider for consideration by applicant). Water well present on the property; an advanced water-filtration system is installed, the consumables of which (2 filters and specific Morton salts changed twice per year based on use) are the tenant's responsibility. The maintenance and repair of this system is the owner's responsibility. With prior reasonable notice to the tenant, access to the property will be required for maintenance and repairs. Owner is responsible for opening and closing the pool, maintenance, repairs and renovations. Security system with cameras is installed - highly recommended to activate. The property has two garages and ample parking space outside. Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the house. Swimming skills are required as the house has a large pool. This is a large and private property the grounds of which requires ongoing maintenance and care by the tenant. Only mature and responsible applicants with good communication skills will be considered. Renters' insurance: proof by way of a fully-paid binder is required prior to moving in.
