This magnificent 18th century colonial house has been diligently looked after, and offers its dwellers all the conveniences of a 21st century home. In 2013 a full renovation project was initiated in the property, and after eighteen months the culmination of such resulted in a home offering total comfort while maintaining the structure´s historic integrity. The house is in, what many considered, the best residential block of the city just steps away from the famous and cherished Casa Blanca.
