Hi There! I am subletting my room since I am moving closer to work. We live in a house with 4 bedrooms but we only allow 3 people to rent at a time and the extra bedroom is our TV room. I share the house with 2 of my female coworkers so i know them super well. We are all engineers and very friendly. You have your own personal bathroom not shared and an extra room where I currently have my big couch and tv setup. So you can do whatever you want with this room as well! The bedroom I am subletting is pretty big, it fits a double office plus all my furniture and has 2 closets. The house itself is super nice and was renovated last year. I will just need first month as a deposit and move in is as soon as possible but we can talk about your needs. Feel free to come by before signing and I can give you a tour :) Price = 1450$ a month.
