You have your own personal bathroom not shared and an extra room where I currently have my big couch and tv setup. So you can do whatever you want with this room as well! The bedroom I am subletting is pretty big, it fits a double office plus all my furniture and has 2 closets. The house itself is super nice and was renovated last year.
