House comes with backyard storage shed/workshop, as well as additional dry storage space in the ladder-accessed attic. Kitchen stove/range has been replaced with a newer one since the photos were taken. There are no laundry machines or hook-ups in the house due to the small size of the place, but there are two laundromats within 5 minutes of the house. Home is available for rent 5/1. 11 month renewable lease, $40 application plus first and last month's rent and security deposit required to move in.
