Our downtown location provides easy access to the airport, beaches, Mount Pleasant and the tourist section of Charleston while providing a quiet, homey refuge from it all. We renovated our space to keep the integrity of its 1950s origins while using low environmental impact materials and methods. When you come to Charleston you should feel like a local, and our little neighborhood and home should do the trick! Furnished rental requires a 1 month min stay with deposit (varies depending on term). Utilities are included (electric, water, internet) for stays up to 3 months. Dogs allowed with deposit. No Cats. Available November 27, 2021. Things to note - we renovated the kitchen and bathroom however the windows are original to the home. This is an updated OLD home - we love it and so do many others, but if you are wanting a NEW construction home this one probably isn't for you. Utilities included are water, electric, gas and internet up to $200 per month. Excess of $200 will be responsibility of the tenant. We do not have cable tv but we do have a smart tv.
