Hi! I'm looking for nonsmoking roommates to join our cosy 4b1b home on Sep 1. I've been living here for almost a year, and I love this place, so I'm trying to negotiate with my landlord to renew the lease. The lease starts on Sep 1, and the price is $3850 for the whole floor (4B1B). The price might vary between rooms, but all utilities are included. The landlord is still working on the paperwork, so the price might change. This is a second-floor unit with an in-unit laundry and dryer and a huge kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, and a stove. It is next to Jamaica Pond, right across the street, walking distance to Green Line (D and E) (Brookline Village) and Orange Line (Stony Brook T) We have bus 39 for NEU students that goes directly to the university and the Back Bay Area; it takes around 20 minutes, including waiting time, to get to NEU. I'm looking for roommates who don't smoke, don't host large parties at home, or play music loudly since the door isn't soundproof. No gender preference, NOT 420 friendly A little bit about myself: My name is Chien, and I use they/them pronouns. I'm a master's student at Northeastern University, currently studying computer vision focusing on super-resolution. I don't smoke, drink, or party. I'm pretty quiet at home most of the time, except when teaching or talking on the phone. Additionally, I'm pretty tidy and prefer to keep public spaces clean, and I'm happy to help with housekeeping.
