    Build your dream home in an already established neighborhood and skip the years of living in a construction zone. This home had a fire a couple of years ago during a re-model. The septic is in good condition and has been inspected. Temporary power must be restored but done with 1 phone call. We have 2 sets of plans for a colonial and a cape that will fit to the existing foundation, breezeway, garage and great room. (great room and garage still standing but need some repair). House is ready to be built. We just have not had the time to do a spec house so now its your gain! The property has an inground pool- although we are unaware of its functionality.
