A Certified Propane company delivers and can service propane appliances. There is an outbuilding large enough to store a 4-wheeler and a neat clean outhouse. Easy access to limitless miles of some of Maine's best 4-wheeler and snowmobiling trails. Less than 3 miles to Indian Pond where you can enjoy a hot shower, do laundry, launch a boat, go swimming and fishing and the Kennebec River where you can go rafting.
