The house is split-level with 3 large bedrooms (mom and son share the attic room that has a nice sound buffer) and two bathrooms. You would share a bathroom with the other female working professional. There are two porches and a large backyard. The basement and garage have plenty of storage, and W/D and driveway parking come with the contract. Beautiful neighborhood near Waverly Square in Belmont, right off the 73 bus that goes into Harvard Square. We have a strict no drugs, alcohol, or smoking policy, and no guys in the bedroom.
