I am a 27 y/o male wellness coach and teacher looking for a fellow young-professional (possibly 2) to share this former beach house with, come June 1st. The house is a 3 BR, 1 LARGE BA steps from the Narragansett Bay in Warwick. It includes a wrap-around, screened porch to relax on, along with a fenced-in yard and steps from the water (but flood insurance is NOT needed due to its elevation). Bonfires on the beach and in the backyard all summer long. The house is located 20-ish yards from a pebble beach, opening to clean water that is opportune for kayaking, canoeing, SUPing, or fishing. The sunrise over this water is breathtaking! Quiet neighborhood full of single-family homes and quiet, respectful neighbors. Rent INCLUDES all utilities (plus $55 for Fios internet, cable, and home phone - $35/each if 2 roommates)! Carpets are currently being replaced and house is being updated/renovated. FREE W/D in basement (along with lots of storage space, and a second vented oven/stove - if you like to cook, you will enjoy this house). ** I do have a 49 lb BC/lab mix who is 4-ish years old. He is very happy, friendly, and well socialized. No additional pets are permitted. Male/Female does not matter.
