This two-bedroom townhouse-style apartment is part of a community of apartments and townhomes, and it is set on 9 acres of land in a quiet setting. The location is great as it is very close to the public beach on beautiful Sebago Lake and a short drive to Windham shopping. To move in, we require the first month's rent of $1,750.00 plus a $1,750.00 security deposit. Our tenants are responsible for heat and electric. There is a laundry facility on site. The landscaping, rubbish removal, and the snow plowing is provided. Tenants do their own shoveling of stairs and walkways. We installed new countertops and floors recently as well as high-efficiency boilers for both the heat and hot water to help with costs. Downeast Energy will also provide a yearly cost upon request. Pets will be considered with a non-refundable pet deposit of $500.
