We have a townhome-style 2-bedroom apartment available. The apartment has two living levels, one bathroom, and is set on 9 acres of land in a quiet setting. The apartment is very close to the Sebago Lake public beach, and the Windham Shopping area is a short drive away. If you are interested, we require the first month's rent of $1,900.00 plus a $1,900.00 security deposit. Our tenants are responsible for heat and electric. There is a laundry facility on site. We provide the landscaping, rubbish removal, and the snow plowing. Our tenants do their own shoveling. There are new high-efficiency boilers installed for both the heat and hot water. Downeast Energy will provide a yearly cost upon request. Pets will be considered with a non-refundable pet deposit of $500.
