Built well and solid in the 1950s. 2 br 1 bath home with spacious kitchen, fireplace with pellet stove insert, beautiful original crown molding and baseboards throughout , original hard wood flooring that is in excellent condition, tiled kitchen and bath, roof was redone 3 years ago, full DRY basement (unfinished) and updated wiring throughout. This has been a wonderful home for our family and it’s a difficult decision to have to part with it, but as our family has grown, we are just in need of more room.
