I am just starting to take applications for the apartment, which will come available at the end of September It is a one bedroom upper apartment, which Code Enforcement states is suitable for no more than 2 adults. It has a bedroom, living room, a small room suitable for an office, kitchen, pantry/storage area and bathroom. In the bathroom there are laundry hookups. There are currently functioning washer and dryer in there, but I will remove if you have your own. The units in there can be used, but I will only remove them if they cease to work. I will not repair them. All utilities will be the tenants responsibility. The unit has its own furnace, so you set your thermostat to make yourself comfortable in the winter. The unit has private entrance, and a driveway that you share with the downstairs tenants. You have two spots in the driveway. Additional parking can be on the street.
