The communal areas include the open kitchen, living and dining room. Massive backyard facing the forest with lots of wildlife. I have a cat that's well behaved and sweet. Large driveway. Overnight street parking. 5 minute walk to commuter rail. Easy access to all freeways and route 9. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of grocery stores and shopping within 10 minute drive. Good credit required by landlord. 1 Cat okay.
