The master bedroom features a king sized bed, plenty of closet space, a smart TV and a large bathroom with double sinks and a tub shower. The two secondary bedrooms both have queen beds and large closets. The second floor bathroom has a full shower and tub as well. The kitchen and living room are located on the frst floor, and are surrounded by windows, bringing in lots of natural light. The Living room is the perfect place to sit and relax while watching the smart TV, hung above a fun yellow fireplace! The kitchen features plenty of cabinet space, stainless steel appliances and a cute breakfast nook! Two off street parking spaces are included with this rental. Pets can be negotiated with a non-refundable $250/per pet fee. In addition to the security deposit of one full month's rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $425 upon signing the lease agreement. * Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject to the City of Charleston's 10% accommodations tax. Our guests and neighbors also rave about Brown's Court Bakery located nearby. We recommend going here for a cup of locally-roasted coffee and the delicious croissants and breakfast sandwiches. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops including antique shops, book stores, and fashion boutiques as well as buzzing restaurants. Publix conveniently located nearby on Lockwood Drive as well.The Neighborhood - Cannonborough/Elliotborough: Other things to note: Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times.
