Nice location overlooking Fulton lake with a 10' ROW to the sand beach, this 24 x 30 camp offers 2 bedrooms, a full bath a large open kitchen and living room with windows all down the waterside. There would be room for loft sleeping space or storage if needed. Built with only the intentions of a seasonal camp, it does have some insulation and a propane monitor as well as space for a wood stove should the need arise. The lot is large enough to drill a well, but the current owners always pulled water from the lake. There is an informal road association in place to handle grading of the roads. Fulton lake is a smaller lake at 111 acres and a perimeter of just under 2 miles, its on record as its deepest spot being about 16', fishing includes yellow and white perch and pickerel as the majority with a few other kinds coming in as well. This is a great "family" lake with its shallower water it is a much warmer lake for swimming than the much larger Bog lake next to it. (with public boat launch) Fulton also has public access for boats. If you enjoy the outdoors, the access to never ending roads and trails for ATV, snowmobile or walking are at your doorstep. If you feel like going to the ocean, it is not that far away either. Take the picnic and head to Roque Bluffs state park for the day and enjoy the ocean on one side of the road and the freshwater pond on the other, great playground for the kids! (and adults) Walking trails are everywhere... next to the cottage, or around the area. The Bold Coast trails around Culter are breathtaking, Machias River Preserve has trails as well as more over on Beal's Island. Jaspers Beach in Machiasport is another wonderful spot for a day!
