This is a fully furnished home in a quiet neighborhood less than a mile from the beach, less than 15 minutes from most of the area hospitals, and 20 minutes from downtown Portland. The home has 4 bedrooms: a king, a queen, a queen, and a bunk bed of twins (can be broken down to 2 individual twins). There is an additional full sized pull out on the first floor. There is a full sized washed and dryer in the basement as well as a fully stocked kitchen. All utilities, wifi, and heat / hot water are included. SHORT TERM RENTAL: School season rental from September 2025 to May 2026. All utilities are covered: heat, hot water, wifi, and electricity. This is a month to month OR 9 month school season lease with first month rent due at time of signing along with deposit. There are no pets or smoking allowed on the property. There is off street parking for 4 cars and private laundry in the basement. You will have unlimited access to the home solely to yourself. PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST SUMMER RENTAL OPTIONS.
