All utilities are included including high speed Wi-Fi, AC, heat, hot water. Fully furnished with all linens, towels, etc. All you need is your toothbrush. We have seven 1BD units and 1 studio in our building. We are the local owners and live in and love our 1864 brick mansard! Unit 4B is on the top floor with a huge gorgeous sunlit bedroom, large bathroom, full eat in kitchen (with all pots/pans, dishware, etc.), dishwasher, granite counters, wood floors, sunlight. Resident street parking only (ALL of Cambridge is resident parking only), however there are about 8 meter spots at the bottom of our street and a few garage lots a few blocks away on Green Street behind post office and towards MIT. All utilities are included - including high speed Wifi. If we agree to allow your pet it will be for an additional fee. Pet allowed only with written approval from owner. Long stay departure deep cleaning fee of $350 and linen fee of $100 will be added. We believe in paying cleaning service fair wages. Smokers will be immediately kicked out and charged the full stay rent. No exceptions. Do not smoke in our home.
