Lucky for cabin renters the bathroom is 12 ft through the side door and enclosed breezeway! Other areas on the property are also shared spaces ie patios etc.. An application / back ground and credit check fee may be charged and rental insurance Required( cheap when combined w/ auto ins.) NOTE: this is a seasonal 6month lease which may end in late april 2023. There is no wifi But if you have T-Mobile, AT&T, and cricket you could stream up here. Verizon does not work up here!. !Renter needs to furnish their own firewood which the owner can sell you or you can collect on property.
