This is a short term or long term rental that is available in early June 2025 and ends by the end of November 2025. My preference is to rent the house to one party for the entire 6 month time period. My second best option is monthly rentals. If qualified tenants aren't found for 30 day rentals, I'll remove the listing from Zillow and use my short term rental contract with Airbnb. Trash/recycling is included in the rent. There is room in the garage for one car and the driveway and extra parking area will hold three vehicles. If you are comfortable maintaining the hot tub, that is fine. If not, the maintenance fee will be $100 per month. If your utility bills do not exceed the average bills for summer months, they will be included in the rent. If not, You'll need to reimburse me once I receive the bills. This is not a "party house" but certainly, renters can have friends and family over! Frisco "Quiet Time" is from 10pm until 8am. Repeated complaints from neighbors will result in first, a notification; second, a warning; and third, an eviction. No smoking of anything inside the house. I define short term rental as 2 weeks to a month; long term rental as more than one month. Preference is given to those who would like a long term rental from June through November 2025.
