    This is a multi-unit income property originally purchased in 2013. Live in one unit and rent out the others or live elsewhere and rent all the units. Property offers a very high ROI supported by tax returns. Owner financing available to qualified buyers up to half the purchase price. The main house contains two separate units, a 2 bedroom unit and a 1 bedroom unit, covering 3 floors. Both units accommodate a total of 10 guests. The 2 bedroom unit has a large deck on the front and there are amazing ocean views from the entire 2 bedroom unit. The 1 bedroom unit has more of a tropical/jungle type feel as it is surrounded by palm trees and fruit trees (although it does have a partial ocean view). Hazard insurance, along with hurricane insurance, is quite affordable at around 10k annually. I had extensive damage in 2017 from Hurricanes Irma and Maria and submitted claims to my insurance carrier and had all the damage repaired promptly with no trouble having my claim paid. I'm selling the property as I've been living overseas in Bali (Indonesia) and moving forward with a new chapter of my life. In the meantime, I've been managing the property as short term rentals with a very high occupancy rate and great reviews.
