As you walk in you're greeted with a nice open floor plan from kitchen to the living space. The couch also opens up to a full size bed for your guests. As you walk down the hallway you will find the laundry and guest bathroom. Finally you have the guest bedroom and the primary suite with its private bathroom. Owners pay all utilities. Owners are responsible for 1 deep clean at check out which will be between $250 - $500 pending check out inspection. Month to month with limits for off season
