Second bedroom is a sunroom with daybed which folds out to two twins beds and can also serve as an office. There is a stone patio to the side of the sunroom and access to patio from the sunroom. This is a winter rental. November 1 - April 30. Owner pays all utilities, including internet. This is a no smoking property. Tenant is required to have the property professionally cleaned at the end of the lease for a cost of $150. The cleaning cost will be added to last month's rent. Owner will provide and arrange the cleaning company. The owner maintains the exterior property, including mowing grass and snow removal. The tenant is responsible for removing trash and recycling to be picked up street side every Monday. Tenant is responsible for purchasing the pay for garbage bags, which are placed in the grey bins.
