A new roof was put on in the summer of 2011. You truly don't run across this type of property for sale very often. There is about 2 acres of yard that we keep mowed that really makes a nice setting and room to play for the kids. It has a 120' drilled well that has NEVER ran out of water (even during the drought last year). I installed a new well pump two years ago ($1,500). A full carbon filter, softwater filter and cholinator system was installed when i built the house. There is also rural water available but i never pursued it. There is a tap right by the well for it that has a seperate line running into the house that makes it easy to switch if you wish and still keep the well for other purposes.
