The house is a Carmel-stone faced, "L"-shaped ranch with a wood shingled roof, set back from the street, surrounded by oaks, and with a large fenced back yard. A million windows (almost), offer views of the neighborhood, the surrounding hills and trees, and Monterey Bay. From the entrance, step into the large living room at the center of the house, with a wood-burning fireplace and views, of course. To the left are the dining room, with an arched ceiling, large picture window and a door out to the deck. The completely remodeled kitchen holds a breakfast area, Costa Esmeralda green granite counter tops and cherry cabinets on three sides, plus live-edge wood slab open shelves.
