Hi!! We are looking at selling our mobile home. Included will be all appliances including washer and dryer. Inside drum of dryer is missing a few paint pieces due to metal hitting the drum during drying process. Washer and dryer were purchased brand new with the home last year. There's a mantel in the bedroom for the TV and we are leaving the hardware to mount your TV in the living room and back bed room. We are also leaving a 20" TV in the middle bedroom. Its built with 2x6 studs in the walls and 2x4 studs in the door ways and has pex piping with a main water shut off valve above the washing machine. It's beautiful just not big enough for our family.
