    What's special

This conominium complex is located in Sarasota, Florida, on Siesta Key. The complex is situated directly on Little Sarasota Bay and directly across from Turtle Beach Park. Turtle Beach Park is directly on the Gulf of Mexico. The island is about two blocks wide on the south-end and is noted for the quite secluded beaches. The condo unit has spectacular views of the bay and the islands composing the "Jim Neville Marine Preserve". This is a true paradise for kayak exploring, boating and fishing. There are two restaurants, a pub, and a marina in the immediate vicinity. For night life there is the "Village", with island type bars, restaurants, and shops on the north-end of the key. The key is eight miles long. Midway on theisland is Cresent Beach, and Siesta Key Key public beach, with the quartz-crystal white fine sand, and is rated in the top ten beaches in the world. There is beach volly ball, small beach shops, and the magical drum circle on Sunday evenings. Folks gather with drums and form in a large circle at sunset and others dance to the beat. Sarasota has so much to offer with the arts, theater, clubs, restaurants, shopping, boating, fishing, beaches, parks, golf, and there is just not enopugh space here to list it all. (Please visit my web site for links to local attarctions: www.RonaldFlynn.com) Orlando is within 2 hours of driving, Tampa is 1.5 hours, Fort Myers is 1.5 hours, and Miami is about 4 hours driving time. What is most unique about the location of this complex is that it is on the bay and one block to the beach, providing the most spectacular sunrises and sunsets that you can imagine. The wild birds (Blue Heron, White Heron, Egret, Kingfisher, Osprey, .etc) are abundant and active. The local pass was closed in 1983, but Sarasota County is in the process of obtaining permits to reopen it. Currently there are two passes to the Gulf, equidistant (8-miles) Sarasota Pass to the north and Veinice Inlet to the south.
