Come and enjoy our cozy modern cabin perched high on a mountain on 12 acres near downtown Boone! While well appointed, this cozy cabin really encourages you to enjoy the outdoors. Enjoy a wide view of the mountain landscape while grilling or relaxing on the large deck, or roast marshmallows over the fire pit while watching the sunset over the peaks in the distance. *Although the driveway is fully graveled and maintained, it is steep. While not 100% necessary, we do recommend an AWD vehicle.* This 820 sqft cabin has a large master bedroom with a sitting area, queen bed with memory foam mattress, walk in closet, and sliding glass door onto the deck. A large kitchen shares an open floor plan with a small dining area and sitting room. The one full bathroom includes a tile shower with three shower heads for a spa like experience. The second bedroom has a built in bunk bed with two twin xl memory foam mattresses. This second bedroom is well suited for kids but can accommodate adults as well. There are plenty of windows throughout the house which allow you to feel really connected with the beautiful landscape. The ski slopes are only about 25 - 30 mins away! Pets allowed: An additional pet fee of $100/month will be assessed. Pets must be approved by landlord. House is fully furnished with furniture, towels, bedding, kitchenwares, grill, fire-pit...etc. All utilities included in rental price. We allow pets, but absolutely no smoking. Enough parking for at least 4 vehicles.
